This service edits photographs of real people. These rules exist so it cannot be used against them.

1.The one rule that matters most
Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it. Our styles are built to keep a person recognisable — that is the point of them, and it is exactly why uploading someone else’s face without permission is not acceptable here.
Never upload images of children, in any style, for any reason.
2.What you must not create
- Sexual or nude content of anyone, and any sexual content involving minors — which we report to the authorities.
- Impersonation. Images presented as real photographs of an identifiable person doing something they did not do, or saying something they did not say. This includes public figures.
- Deceptive material — fake identity documents, fake official records, fake receipts or certificates, or images intended to support a scam.
- Harassment. Images made to demean, threaten, sexualise or humiliate a particular person.
- Hateful content attacking people on the basis of religion, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar.
- Violent or extremist material, including anything that promotes or glorifies terrorism or self-harm.
- Other people’s intellectual property where you have no right to use it — including brand assets and copyrighted characters.
3.What you must not do to the service
- Automate, scrape, or resell access without our written agreement.
- Create multiple accounts to collect extra free credits.
- Try to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or the credit system.
- Probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service or our providers.
4.Our providers have rules too
Generation happens on third-party AI platforms, which run their own safety filters. A request may be refused by a provider even when it does not breach this policy — that is their decision, not ours. When that happens the generation fails and your credit is returned.
5.Labelling AI images
These are synthetic images. If you publish one in a context where people might take it for a real photograph, say that it was generated by AI. Some platforms and some laws require this; it is also simply honest.
6.Reporting, and what we do
To report misuse, write to support@your-domain.com or to our Grievance Officer, Full Name, at grievance@your-domain.com. Include enough detail for us to find the content.
Depending on what we find, we may remove content, warn you, suspend or close your account without refund, and report the matter to law enforcement. Serious breaches — anything involving children, or non-consensual sexual imagery — mean immediate closure and a report.
